Chick-fil-A of Ventura, California launched their mobile VIP club with Text2VIP last week. In only the first 24 hours after opening their account and creating their first campaign, (and with the assistance of Text2VIP) this full service unit began building a robust database of guest opt-ins for their new Chick-fil-A text message club.
Guests were invited to join and for doing so, would receive a free chicken sandwich offer valid upon their next visit in the next 13 days. After only the first 5 days, the response has been dramatic, as this single store unit has added 564 members to their text message marketing list.
